Scout Fuel helps trucking companies optimize fuel spend—but their UI wasn't scaling, and customers weren't forming a habit around the product. Founders new to development needed a modern foundation and a clearer experience.

In 60 hours we rebuilt the design system in code, reframed the product as a system of intelligence, and shipped a coded prototype they could keep building on.
